“WHAT’S YOUR PATHWAY?” STREET TEAM

The Office of Student Pathways at NYC Public Schools needed to raise awareness of their diverse Pathways Initiatives—FutureReadyNYC, Career & Technical Education, Apprenticeships, Computer Science for All, and College & Career Planning—through an engaging campaign that could connect with students in schools, events, and on the streets.

  • Campaign identity

  • Staff Merchandise

  • Postcards

  • Presentation folders

  • Print & Digital One Sheets

  • Canva & Google Slide Templates

  • Google Site Website hub

  • Retractable banners, table, and tent design

Our Approach

7ONE8 DESIGN developed a comprehensive street team campaign that combined strong branding with adaptable, student-friendly materials. The goal was to spark curiosity—“What’s Your Pathway?”—and encourage students to explore future opportunities.

Solutions Delivered

To bring this campaign to life, 7ONE8 DESIGN created a unified visual identity starting with a custom logo and multiple t-shirt designs for street teams. We produced postcards, onesheets, and a branded folder to share clear, accessible information with students and families. For educators and staff, we designed Canva and Google Slides templates along with a Google website to extend the campaign digitally. To ensure visibility at schools and community events, we delivered retractable banners, branded tables, and a tent design that made the initiative highly recognizable across the city.

Results

  • Unified campaign identity adopted across schools, events, and street activations

  • Increased student engagement with DOE Pathway Initiatives

  • Delivered a cohesive toolkit for educators and outreach teams

  • Created an adaptable design system to grow with future programs

Impact

The What’s Your Pathway? campaign transformed how NYC Public Schools engaged students around their futures. By blending bold, approachable design with a citywide street presence, 7ONE8 DESIGN helped make complex opportunities feel tangible and exciting. The unified visual identity and student-centered messaging inspired curiosity and confidence, leading to greater participation in Pathway Initiatives and empowering students to envision clear, achievable futures beyond high school.
